Zoe Chronis uses defective video equipment and in-camera editing to record her daily life, blurring the boundary between intention and chance. Her videos and films were recently screened by Dizzy TV, Film Diary NYC, and included in the group exhibition throwntogetherness, organized by Mobile Projection Unit and Lino Kino. From 2014–2022 she worked for community media organizations in New York City. She received a fellowship at The American Academy in Rome in 2012 and has attended residencies in Finland and in Iceland, where she lives currently.
